  • We install and support approved software and make sure it is working. We do not train on how to use the software.

  • Install and support Windows and Macintosh operating systems

  • We support printers unless it is a hardware issue We will help contact someone to help fix the hardware, but we mainly support the printer.

  • We verify that there is a network issue and work with those that are able to fully fix the issue.

  • Make sure your computers are caught up on their updates.
