A site has been created for faculty and staff in the college to view current tickets and open new tickets. Click the "create a service request" button to the left or from the services menu. The site can also be reached at https://scinet.byu.edu. 

A shortcut to Campus IPTV Thinapp is now located in the start menu. This will allow you to stream IPTV to your computer while on campus. When you first run this shortcut, select "No" when it asks to make the browser default since this is not the normal version of Internet Explorer. 

This summer we will be doing an inventory of all of the computers in the college. You should be receiving a list of computers assigned to you. We will need the corresponding BYU property tag number (ICN) for each machine. This inventory process should reduce the number of computers that need to be brought from off campus. 

We are starting to apply domain group policies to macs. This means that these computers can be updated from the server, as well as mapping the L and M drives automatically. You may notice a change in the dock, but users should be able to change the dock and keep their preferences. We are working on additional features that may be implemented in the future.
